Shipping policy

All orders ship on Fridays (excluding holidays) and with Canada Post.  

All items are appropriately packaged in the best manner possible.

I am not a major corporation, and shipping is expensive.  I ensure pieces are packed carefully as ceramics can not be insured against breakage.

If you purchase multiple items, shipping will be less expensive.  If you make multiple orders and want them shipped together, email me the oder numbers and allow me time to calculate and refund the difference once I package and ship the item.
